行政专员 — 投资研究部

职位简介

• Assist and work with Private Banking Research to generate investment ideas and provide portfolio advisory services to wealth management clients.
• Support the preparation of relevant reports, presentation or proposal.
• Work closely with Product Manager and Account Managers to enhance client satisfaction and business productivity, aligning with client risk profiles.
• Ensure all transactions and trade bookings of the team are processed.
• Provide quality customer services, ensure all clients inquiries are handled and managed in time.
• Coordinate the works and communications of the team to ensure all regulatory requirements are being followed.
• Work closely with Account Managers for order executions.
• Execute securities transactions for clients with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage any ad hoc projects as assigned.

职位要求

• University graduate, major in Business or Finance is preferred.
• Good knowledge in wealth management business and investment products.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is must.
• Enthusiastic, mature, careful, diligent, patient, independent, good with numbers.
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Holders of HKSI qualification, CFA, CPA or CFP is an advantage.
• Hard working & willing to learn. Strong desire to take challenges.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
